Terms of service

These terms apply when you create an account or use Cutline. By using Cutline you agree to them.
Your account
Give us true information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what the people you invite do in it.
Your information is yours
Everything you put in Cutline stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You can export it or ask us to delete it.
Your prices and estimates
Cutline does the math with the rates and prices you enter. You are responsible for reviewing every estimate and proposal before you send it, and for the agreements you make with your customers.
Fair use
Do not use Cutline for anything illegal, to send spam, or to try to get into another company’s information or break the service.
Payments
We will tell you the price before we charge you anything. If you take customer deposits through Cutline, those payments are handled by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms.
The service
We work to keep Cutline available and correct, but we provide it as is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits or indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. If we ever stop the service, we will give you time to export your information.
Changes
If we change these terms in an important way, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change applies.
